I had a hip replacement in 2005 and was left with sciatica and groin pain on my left side down into my leg. I did physical Therapy for many weeks. The sciatica got better but the groin pain was there all the time. The Doctor told me that I would have to live with it. I slept all the time in a recliner as I could not get comfortable in a bed. This went on until 2007 when a bad flareup sent me to Dr. Eldridge. After 2 treatments the groin pain was gone and the sciatica was hardly there. I have been using Dr Eldridge’s services for several years and have been quite happy with the results of his treatments. The most recent treatment has been for a frozen shoulder. I came to Dr Eldridge as a result of an otherwise untreated fall and resulting strains which had, over a period of 4 months, gone from a sore shoulder that wouldn’t heal to a frozen shoulder. I had a lot of pain from the injury and because I did not seek treatment sooner I had mostly lost the use of my left shoulder. It has taken over a year, but I have full use of my shoulder again. This has not been easy to accomplish and we have used acupuncture, active release technique and stretching which regained about 30% of my range of motion, but everything was still painful. Then I had an MRI done which showed severe tendonitis and severe bursitis. After that at Dr Eldridge’s recommendation a medical doctor gave me a cortisone shot and we continued the treatments as before.
